Today’s post is all about the sweet, yet refreshing popsicles I make for events, pool parties, back yard BBQ’s and well, really any event in the Vegas heat. These are the perfect go-to!
Not only do my guests love these because they are so pretty, but I’m going to share a few variations of these that will get you through any hot summer days. As you see in the photos, I used edible flowers and a popsicle mold. I’ve learned the longer molds make removing the popsicles easier, but you could even mix things up by using large ice cube trays and adding these into your drinks.
For this batch I used pineapple juice and edible flowers (which can be found at the grocery store in the lettuce section). You can use any juice to make these, but the clearer the liquid the better, otherwise you won’t see the flowers as well. Preparing for a boozy brunch? You can also add vodka to these!

Looking for more ideas? Try using the longer, flavor-ice style molds to make fruit and water popsicles for hot summers days. I love my frozen water when I am running errands all day!
I hope you love this and use this idea for your next summer gathering!
XOXO,
Heather
