This week I’m sharing one of my really, easy dinner recipes: Baked Feta Pasta. I usually don’t like Feta cheese, but honestly this recipe tastes amazing. Simple, quick, and a great dinner option for those nights that you’re feeling too tired to cook. This is also perfect for when you’re having friends over and want to make something really great without spending forever on food prep. A girl needs time to get ready, right? Pair this with a quick charcuterie board and you are in business!

Ingredients:
-1 container of Cherry Tomatoes
-1 box of Fettuccine
-1 block of Sheep’s Head Feta
-1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
-Basil – 1 bunch, finely chopped
-Salt & Pepper to taste
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How to Make:
Place your block of Feta (crumbled Feta also works) in the center of a deep baking pan, and surround the cheese with your cleaned, whole cherry tomatoes and garlic. Â Drizzle olive oil the tomatoes and feta and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Put in oven at 400 degrees to bake for 35 minutes. While that is baking, prepare your noodles and drain the water. Once the Feta and tomatoes are done baking, mix them together to make a sauce, then add the sauce to your pasta, top with basil and serve.
Enjoy!

XOXO,
Heather
