This is my favorite go-to nighttime snack. It’s super simple, light, and boasts a ton of health benefits. I often make this when I have guests coming over, and it’s especially refreshing in the summer months.
I call this my Cool, Tasty Cucumbers recipe, and it only takes a few minutes to make and lasts a week in the fridge. The best thing I love about this recipe is, once you have the base made, you can just keep adding more cucumbers to it all week long!

-2 tbsp coriander citron vert salt (or to taste)

Why I used Cucumbers for this: As we all know, water is crucial to your body’s function, playing numerous important roles. It’s involved in processes like temperature regulation, as well as the transportation of waste products and nutrients. In fact, proper hydration can affect everything from physical performance to metabolism. While you meet the majority of your fluid needs by drinking water or other liquids, some people may get as much as 40% of their total water intake from food. Because cucumbers are composed of about 96% water, they are especially effective at promoting hydration and can help you meet your daily fluid needs.
Why I bathe them with the white vinegar: Vinegar promotes calcium absorption, and calcium is an important nutrient needed by our body. White vinegar is also amazing in the way it produces a detoxifying process in our system once ingested. It actually acts as an anti-microbial agent inside the body. It’s shown that adding white vinegar to your food will kill bacteria due to the presence of organic acids such as acetic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, propionic acid, and tartaric acid. Lastly, it’s full of antioxidants which play an important role in promoting body health.
