We all have those crazy dreams sometimes, but we often wonder what do they actually mean? Or do they mean anything at all? In my opinion, it just comes down to what you believe, and honey, I believe it all!
I think dreams are messages from either your higher power or the spirit world, or they could be subconscious messages from your brain (depending on the dream). I remember about six months ago I was having recurring dreams that made zero sense to me, but once I looked up the meanings, it made total sense! That was definitely an instance where my subconscious was telling me that I needed to do all the things I wasn’t doing, like a reminder, “hey Heather, get it together!” you know?
Some people think that dreams reflect subconscious desires. I agree with that. At night I like to journal and manifest and sometimes my dreams do reflect what I am manifesting. To me, those are the best dreams, ha! When I wake up from those types of dreams, I usually have a wonderful day the next day! I know we’ve all had those dreams where we wake up and want to re-dream it so we go back to sleep! Those dreams for me usually involve a vacation, go figure (overworked over here).

So how do you decipher if your dream has a meaning? There are many websites that I love to use, and here are some of my favs!
Dream Moods
One of the best websites you can go to for dream interpretation. The creators of this website understand that the world of dreams can be complex and difficult to grasp, but they explain the concepts clearly. Dream Moods has one of the most exhaustive databases around for dream meanings.
Dream Doctor
Dream Doctor is dedicated to making it easy and helping you decipher what your subconscious has to say. You can either research your dreams using a dream dictionary, get do-it-yourself help, or communicate with other dreamers in a forum. Consider this website your personal dream interpreter.
Dream Symbolism
Dream Symbolism considers itself the best source on the internet for dream interpretation. The website works by helping you understand the language of dreams, which is a complex art. The homepage immediately gives you an introduction to dreams to allow you to reflect on your dream, understand emotional issues that have been bothering you, and change your life
Dream Interpretations
If you want a simple approach to defining what your dreams mean, look no further! Dream Interpretation Guide is easy to use and doesn’t have massive ads to distract you. Simply input keywords from your dreams. For example, if you were flying, type “flying” into the search bar. The website will tell you in simple words what flying dreams mean.
Dream Dictionary
Dream Dictionary has over 10,000 dream interpretations and an active dream forum in which to speak with others about your dreams. It’s updated consistently, so you will get only the most up-to-date information about dreams. This website is more than just a dictionary. It also explains symbols you might encounter in dreams and how to understand recurring dreams.
Here are some ideas on taking notes and writing down your dreams. I do this, and it’s kind of fun to look back on my dreams from a year ago and see how things have played out.
-Keep a dream journal. Write down your dreams and the dates. Try to be as detailed as possible and do it right when you wake up.
-Listen to your emotions as you write down the dreams. How did they make you feel? Do you need to invoke changes in your life? Does your stomach hurt; do you feel scared?
-Notice themes. Like I said before, my reoccurring dream was about being pregnant, and the meaning was I was giving birth to a new life, which has been more than true for 2021.

Here’s one of my funny dreams:
We all know I am obsessed with my baby Baron (@BoujeeBaron on IG) and yes, I often dream about him.

One day, I dreamt that he was starting his own dog food version of Post Mates, and what’s even funnier, he said to me in the dream, “Let’s start small, with only chicken and mashed potatoes” and I said, “No veggies?” LOL!
