With busy, on-the-go lives, we often don’t have the time to eat healthy between meetings, or we find ourselves too tired to meal prep the night before (totally me). Sometimes we have no other option than to grab something fast, on the way to work or on our way home. Since I’m right there with you on this, I’ve compiled a list of some of the healthier options that get me through long days from time to time. Even though it isn’t ideal, like I said, sometimes a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do!
Breakfast
Dunkin’ Donuts: Wake-Up Wrap
Start your day off right by ordering the ham, egg, and cheese version of Dunkin’s wake-up wrap. It has less sodium and saturated fat than other options and tastes great too!
Total Calories: 190
Total Fat: 11 grams

Starbucks: Sous Vide Egg Bites
The egg white and red pepper variety offers up a nice amount of protein (13 grams) and also provides a good source of calcium. Pair with a latte or caffè misto (without added sugar) and a piece of fruit.

Total Fat: 8 grams

Lunch / Dinner
Papa John’s: Mediterranean Veggie Pizza
Pro tip: The pizzas labeled “Papa’s Lighter Choices” all clock in at less than 300 calories per slice, but this order of small-sized pizza combines tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, mushrooms, and black olives for an added nutritional boost.
Total Calories: 170
Total Fat: 4.5 grams
If you do go for pizza, get thin crust which cuts out a few more calories and lay off that garlic butter. A tough ask, I know! Lol

Arby’s: Roast Turkey Farmhouse Salad
Who would’ve thought the same people who coined “we have the meats” also offer a light and delicious salad? With roasted turkey and diced bacon, it’s got all of the indulgence of a sandwich, without the bun.
Total Calories: 240
Total Fat: 13 gram
Arby’s also has some great farm fresh sandwiches that I love as well.

Chick-Fil-A: Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap
Look away from the iconic chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A and go for the just as satisfying grilled chicken breast rolled with lettuce, shredded cabbage, carrots, and cheese in a flaxseed flour flatbread!
Total Calories: 350
Total Fat: 13 grams

Hopefully a few of these will satisfy your cravings or time constraints for a quick and healthier fast-food pick-me-up. If not, next time you find yourself looking for healthy options, a quick Google search will can be of some help!
Also, there are a lot of free, fast-food calorie calculator apps as well that are super helpful. I personally love this one for Apple: ‎Fast Food Calories. Happy hunting!
