Do you know how many health benefits cauliflower has? First off, it’s got amazing anti-inflammatory properties as well as anti-aging properties! I mean, who doesn’t want that?! Cauliflower contains carotenoid and flavonoid antioxidants, which have anti-cancer effects and may reduce the risk of several other illnesses, including heart disease. You also get the benefit of high amounts of Vitamin C from cauliflower, which is incredible for your immune health. It also contains tons of fiber which will help with digestive issues, keeping you full longer, and promoting healthy bacteria in your gut. With all that said, here’s a recipe I made for Cauliflower Steaks and they were to die for!
Here are the ingredients I used:
• Olive Oil
• Black Pepper
• Cumin
• Seasoning Salt
• Parmesan
I measured with love, so season to your liking!
Set the oven to 425°F and bake them for 25 minutes.

Looking for a side to round out the dish? I also made a side of oven-roasted potatoes and cooked them at the same time and settings.
For these I used:
-Large potatoes, skin on
-Italian Seasoning
-Olive Oil
-Butter
-Chopped Onions
